About Me
I got my Ph.D. in Compture Science from New Mexico
Institute of Mining and Technology (NMT), a Center of Academic Excellence in Information Assurance Education and Research, as designated by NSA/DHS. My PhD advisor is Dr. Andrew H. Sung. After my PhD study, I worked at NMT as a senior research scientist and adjunct faculty.
I joined the Computer Science Department of the Sam Houston State University as a tenure-track assistant professor in August, 2010. My
current research projects involve data mining, bio-medical informatics, multimedia computing and signal analysis, information forensics and security, computational analysis and pattern recognition.
