Behavior: Swooping around in a dooryard with his retinue of four kingbirds.

These records are for one flooded field west of Don Felipe Road and north of Lopez Road, near what local birders call Taco Bell Marsh. The field was vegetated to the point where I never saw the surface of the water. But where there are stilts, there is water.

Description: Almost as large as the adults. Dark color around the upperparts was grayish and not as extensive.
