This is a relatively new facility. It is located on the west side of NM-47, just over a mile north of its intersection with NM-309. There is a small building housing an interpretive center. A quite solid fence with gates prevented vehicular access when I was there at 4pm on a Friday, but there is pedestrian access at the south end of the main road fence that permits one to get about 30 yards closer to the ponds and fields.
