attribute is the anchor used in the page TOC,
and whose text has this form:

where is the date, yyyy-mm-dd is the region (state)
code, and rr is the locality string that covers the
whole day-locday-notes element.
A div that wraps the daily summary
block. This uses the CSS rule discussed in Section 5.8, “div.day-summary: Daily summary
