This script generates three kinds of pages. The user goes first to the top-level page, selects a region, and clicks the button. Next they will see the regional index page, which displays all the circles in the given region, with a checkbox by each circle name. After selecting one or more circles by clicking on their checkboxes, the user clicks the button to produce the detail report page, showing the history of the select circles.
