6.3. `pickaregion.cgi`: Manifest constants

Because Python doesn't have constants per se, we use a typographic convention: names of constants are in all caps with underbar as the word separator. They must never be assigned a value except once initially in this section.

6.3.1. `N_REG_COLS`

Number of columns in the table of regions.

6.3.2. `REG_RADIO_SUFFIX`

The id attribute of the radiobutton for a region with code RR is RR plus this suffix.

REG_RADIO_SUFFIX = '_id'

6.3.3. `CHECKED_REGION`

Region code of the region radiobutton that will be checked initially.
