During the 2004–2006 field seasons, the output record format was unique to the MAWS program. It is identical to the 2006 MAPS output record (described in Section 5, “The current MAPS/MAWS output format”) except for three differences:
The SPEC field (four-letter species
code) was omitted.
The three obsolete micro-aging fields (HD, UPP, and UNP) were omitted.
There was no cloacal swab (SWAB)
field.
