Identify an unsolved problem/question related to a research topic of your choosing.: You must select a solvable problem/question. You may use one of the method suggested in the reading, or your own devices, to come up with the problem/question.
Related this unsolved problem/question to the related work: It's time to put those literature review skills to work. You do not have to do as big a literature review as you did for HW #1-2.
Propose how it might be answered/solved: This might involve proofs, measurements, experiments, or construction. Make clear and emphasize why these artifacts will actually answer/solve your research problem/question.

You do not have to actually do any research (i.e. solve anything) for this homework!
