Shipman's new stuff: recently added pages
Entries are from newest to oldest. Dates use the format
YYYY-MM-DD. This is the only logical way to encode dates, imho,
because the units are ordered largest to smallest. There's even
an ANSI standard to that effect. I'll shut up now. I know when
to shut up. No one has to tell me when to shut up.
I'm not one of those people who has to be told
when to shut up.
Note: I was a performer in all the concerts reviewed.
- Two bird-related projects are ongoing:
- All my
birdwatching field notes
are online, at least in skeletal form. Lately I've been
embedding photo links for some of the more interesting
records (and the occasional decent photo): click on the
thumbnail to view an image that is usually larger and
generally better cropped and color-corrected. Eventually I hope
to flesh out the older records with notes on behavior, more
precise localities, and other details.
- A union catalog of bird photos in phylogenetic order.
The images in this catalog are only thumbnails, though generous
ones (200x200).
