iband7: IBP banding data entry system

This script is identical in function and operation to showstas (see Section 7.4, “The showstas script: Look up station codes”), except that it uses the MAWS authority for station codes (see Section 2.5, “MAWS stations authority file”).

File shipmaws.txt, which is a flattened version of the MAWS stations authority file (see Section 2.5, “MAWS stations authority file”), or a soft link to that file, must be in the directory where the script is run.
